14-Day Happiness Guarantee
We stand behind everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your BioRytm product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no long explanations needed.
How it works
To start a return, simply reach out to our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process and make it as simple as possible.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been heavily used or damaged outside of normal use may not qualify for a full refund.
For hygiene reasons, mouth tape that has been opened and used is non-refundable — unless the product arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will always make it right.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
What's not covered
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Opened mouth tape (hygiene policy)
