BioRytm Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Regardless of your location, estimated delivery time is 14–17 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any active free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. BioRytm has no control over customs processing times or fees imposed by local authorities.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 17 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@biorytm.store. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, BioRytm will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. BioRytm is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@biorytm.store and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
